During the first six months of 2022,we’re proud to have completed one of our most prestigious and high value projects to date at Elizabeth Tower in Manchester, and it’s been momentous. 

Elizabeth Tower is a stunning residential development located on the fringe of Manchester’s city centre in the heart of an exciting new neighbourhood being created by Renaker’s expert team. An iconic skyscraper, standing at 52 storeys tall with stunning views of both the city centre and out to Greater Manchester.

Contemporary, spacious apartments and luxury residential amenities make it one of the most desirable places to live in the city and our residents enjoy access to including a 20m swimming pool on the 44th floor, the highest residential pool in the UK, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, and a large rooftop terrace. This is in addition to Renaker’s ‘normal’ extensive residents’ lounges, private dining room and co-working spaces, secure bicycle storage, car parking and24/7 concierge.

Elizabeth Tower has proven to be incredibly popular with our professional tenant demographic, with a rapid take-up since the first legal completions in January 2022. Our team have consistently filled properties over the last 6months, with most of our 150+ clients waiting between just 1 and3 weeks to secure suitable offers. The development is now almost fully occupied with record breaking rental values being achieved across the variety of apartment types and aspects.  Average gross rental yields across the development have been between 5 and 6% with certain layouts achieving as much as 7% in some instances.

Our sales team has had equal success with the very first resales in the scheme being progressed to completion producing profits for investors who first bought in 2019.
